Pedí un paquete de Guadalajara un día Lunes y me dijeron que llegaría en 3 días hábiles (jueves) , marque y me dijeron que ya estaba en Hermosillo, pero que llegaría el viernes. Estuve esperando el viernes y nada , me dijeron que el sábado estaría llegando “SIN FALTA” le comenté que ese día no abría mi taller pero que me iría a esperarlos toda la mañana, se viene el Sábado y Marco para ver en donde vienen ya que tenía que salir Rápido y me dicen que hasta el Lunes. 2 problemas 1. Necesitaba el material para seguir operando, por lo que me lo atrasó como quien dice 2 días hábiles . 2. Que me hayan dicho que “sin falta “ llegaría al otro día y me hicieran esperar . Muy poco profesionales . Very poor service. I asked for a package from Guadalajara one day Monday and they told me that it would arrive in 3 business days (Thursday), check and they told me that I was already in Hermosillo, but that it would arrive on Friday. I was waiting on Friday and nothing, they told me that Saturday would be coming "WITHOUT LACK" I told him that that day I would not open my workshop but that I would go and wait for them all morning, Saturday is coming and Marco to see where they come from since I had to get out Fast and they tell me that until Monday. 2 problems 1. I needed the material to continue operating, so it delayed me as if saying 2 business days. 2. That they told me that "without fail" I would arrive the next day and made me wait. Very unprofessional.

Su número de unidad 2942 con número de placas 817-DV-1 se nos metió al carril donde estábamos que casi nos saca y todavía cuando lo alcanzamos iba riéndose sarcásticamente.
