A very special service to go and return to different parts of the USA in a reliable and economical way in addition to its parcel service.

Buses to the USA but no legroom .... It's a pity that just think about your pockets there should be a minimum distance between seats so that people do not suffer in a trip that lasts more than 20 hours

They leave late (2 hours) due to mechanical failures. DETAINED at the Puente del Paso for more than 5 HOURS. Because they do not have drivers with an American LICENSE. RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO SPEND THE NIGHT SITTING IN A TRUCK ON THE BORDER BRIDGE BEFORE ARRIVING FOR MIGRATION. OPINION (????)

Very satisfied with the service of all the staff in Ocampo, Gto. Mexico, (something that I cannot say about another company that scams people by charging more than the $ 80.00 they supposedly charge, once you pay it is $ 91.00, it doesn't hurt to pay the $ 91.00, but it bothers me enough that they want to steal me). In Dallas one of the ladies needs more training and a little more courtesy, I had to drive to 3 different parts when in fact I could have only gone to one. (At least he is not overpowering, despotic, he does not treat people with the tip of his toe, nor did he create the mother of chicks like in this other company in Dallas. Anyway, some people like to be treated like that and It does not bother them in the least, if it were not, they would no longer travel with them). The price was very accessible and it was worth it, the seats are more spacious, which allowed me to make the trip more comfortable. (With the other company they teach you and there is a lot of suffering, I understand that they want to earn more money but it is not fair. Perhaps the managers need to travel in them only once to see how uncomfortable they are). That said, I am very grateful to the Transportes Rangel company and the next time I have to travel I will do so with them. (What I am not going to do with The Others). I hope that someone will find my experience expressed here useful and consider taking advantage of their services.

Very good service and comfort

I do not recommend these buses, no order, they are rude and always prefer American. I bought my tickets and they assigned me my seats and left them for a family "that already came from afar" So why do they give me those numbers if they were already occupied? I asked the manager about it and told me it was difficult to remove in a few words fuck me because they got there first. Not the first time I use this transport and behave well, I might add other unpleasant things with them.

The truth is, if I like to travel in this transport company, I only advise them to be more punctual, I get stuck that they meet us at an hour and we leave much later, also that they carry other luggage that after the passengers do not know where to put it
