LOVELY SERVICE, THE GIRLS WHO SHOULD GIVE YOU A REASON REGARDING YOUR SHIPPING ARE DESPOTS AND BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU A FAVOR, THEY ARE TIMELY, THEIR DELIVERY TIMES HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED, THEY HAVE PASSED THEM IN 8 AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE REASON, APART FROM EVERYTHING THEY ARE OUTRAGEED AND THE ONLY LINE THEY HAVE, THEY LEAVE A LOT TO WISH, NOT RECOMMENDED BEFORE ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pesimo servicio, tengo desde el 4 de diciembre que enviamos mercancía y al día de hoy (13 de diciembre) no han podido entregar y peor aun, las tipas que contestan el teléfono son unas peladas, una tal Graciela y la otra no se como se llama. Lo unico que hacen es decirte que ya lo van a entregar y si te pones a exigirles te cuelgan y despues no te responden. Se atrevieron a decirme que si ya sabemos que son malos para que mandamos por ahí. NO MANDEN SUS COSAS POR ESE MEDIO, DE HECHO PROFECO DEBERIA DE ANALIZAR ESTE TRANSPORTE PARA QUE YA DESAPAREZCAN. NO ES POSIBLE QUE BRINDEN UN SERVICIO TAN MALO Y SIGUEN TRABAJANDO EN ELLO.
A terrible service, I have since December 4 that we sent merchandise and to this day (December 13) they have not been able to deliver and even worse, the guys who answer the phone are bare, one Graciela and the other I do not know how is named. The only thing they do is tell you that they are going to deliver it and if you start demanding they hang up on you and then they don't answer you.
