Fatal organization my package for a week with a home guide and it was never delivered I had to go for it and wait an hour for it to be located and in the end the box came in poor condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, nadie contesta los teléfonos, no te dan información de tus pedidos, hacen como que los entregan y hasta le ponen que lo recibe uno mismo vas hasta las oficinas, no te dan seguimiento, te ignoran en el WhatsApp
Terrible, no one answers the phones, they do not give you information about your orders, they pretend to deliver them and even tell you that you receive it yourself, you go to the offices, they do not follow up, they ignore you on WhatsApp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo desde febrero que me llegó un paquete con extravío parcial. Hice mi reporte con Diana de la sucursal de Chihuahua y hasta la fecha no me han dicho nada. Les mandé evidencia de que mi paquete fue manipulado y aún así no me contestan ni siquiera al teléfono ni por correo.
Alguien que me asesore para denunciar.
Since February I have received a package with partial loss. I made my report with Diana from the Chihuahua branch and to date they haven't told me anything. I sent them evidence that my package was tampered with and still they don't even answer me by phone or by mail.
Someone help me to file a complaint.

A parte de tardar años me llevaron un producto que nisiquiera era el mio, le tuve que regresar. No me doy menos calificación porque no puedo
Terrible service, they give a delivery date and it takes up to another week to deliver, nobody solves you, they do not answer at the offices, apart from being the most expensive parcel service.
