★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta viajar con ellos, son confiables y sus autobuses están cómodos, durante el viaje limpian los baños con regularidad y hacen una parada para cenar o estirarse.
I love traveling with them, they are reliable and their buses are comfortable, during the trip they clean the toilets regularly and stop for dinner or stretching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo ya es tiempo que esa empresa invierta en limpieza o carros nuevos, pues con lo que investigué llevan muchos años en el ruedo.
Yo solo viajé una vez pues me habían dicho que eran muy buenos y etc
Y tremendo chasco que me llevé , baños extremadamente en mal estado, carros por dentro sucios, a penas duras te dan aire acondicionado, las rendijas de donde sale el aire repleto de telaraña y polvo, sillas inservibles, pasillo sucio y etc
Claro que no volvería
I think it is time for that company to invest in cleaning or new cars, because with what I investigated they have been in the ring for many years.
I only traveled once because they had told me that they were very good and etc.
And tremendous disappointment that I got, bathrooms extremely in poor condition, dirty cars inside, they hardly give you air conditioning, the cracks where the air comes out full of cobwebs and dust, useless chairs, dirty hallway and etc.
Of course I would not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio de transporte, me había tocado viajar con otras empresas en las cuales tuve malas experiencias, camiones viejos, que se descomponen a medio camino o que meten a gente hasta en el pasillo. Con ellos aunque los camiones ya tienen sus años se ve que si les dan su mantenimiento constante lo que los hace estar en buenas condiciones y siempre llegas con bien a tu lugar de destino.
Very good transport service, I had had to travel with other companies in which I had bad experiences, old trucks that break down halfway or that put people even in the corridor. With them, although the trucks already have their years, you can see that if they are constantly maintained, which makes them be in good condition and you always arrive safely at your destination.

Nunca se han descompuesto los autobuses y se viaja cómodo
Solo le doy 4 de calificación porque no se organizan al respecto con las personas que viajan. Ya que citan a una hora y sale después de casi una hora
My family and I travel two or three times a year.
The buses have never broken down and you travel comfortably
I only give it a 4 rating because they do not organize about it with people who travel. Since they quote an hour and leave after almost an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuenta con wc en terminal de Cancún SOLO ingresa personal qué trabaja ahí tiene la leyenda (fuera de servicio) La que expende boletos como si te hiciera un favor.sugerencia no compres tus boletos ahí
It does not have a toilet in the Cancun terminal ONLY staff who work there have the legend (out of service) The one that sells tickets as if they were doing you a favor. Suggestion do not buy your tickets there
