★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden con pésima actitud en la paquetería, con los cambios a están haciendo hay que caminar toda la central para pagar el estacionamiento y te cobran 19 pesos aunque hubieras estado solo 2 minutos (en lo que te dijeron que tú paquete no había llegado y tal vez llegaba en dos o cuatro o seis horas).

Compre pasajes a Mazatlán a las 12:30 pm y son las 14:09 y me acaban de avisar (por que fui a preguntar) que llegará cerca de las 15:00 "por tráfico" (cosa que jamas me avisaron al momento de comprar el pasaje) y al momento de preguntar si me harian alguna Atencion o descuento para este viaje me dieron un descuento PARA MI PRÓXIMO VIAJE CON ELLOS! UN CHISTE
2 horas y media esperando y nadie se hizo responsable
La verdad me sentí discriminado por ser extranjero.

A real poor quality care! I bought tickets to Mazatlán at 12:30 pm and it is 2:09 pm and they just told me (because I went to ask) that it will arrive around 3:00 pm "due to traffic" (which they never warned me when buying the passage) and when I asked if they would give me any attention or discount for this trip, they gave me a discount FOR MY NEXT TRIP WITH THEM! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal atención al cliente no dejan cancelar ni cambiar boletos de horario x cualquier imprevisto, aún que hables con mucho tiempo de anticipación (tuvimos un accidente 3 horas antes y les hable para cambiar el viaje y no me dieron solución) lo q les importa es el dinero pero para ganar dinero bien primero es la atención al cliente xq sin clientes no hay dinero
Super bad customer service they don't let you cancel or change time tickets for any unforeseen event, even if you talk a long time in advance (we had an accident 3 hours before and I talked to them to change the trip and they didn't give me a solution) what matters to them is money but to earn good money first is customer service because without customers there is no money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca están a la hr, no hay internet, las pantallas duran horas en que puedan utilizarse después de su publicidad, no dan lonche como antes, y los precios están sobrevalorados. Ya no vale la pena. Ojalá puedan abrir las salidas a Tepic directo y no depender de esa línea culera.
They are never up to the hour, there is no internet, the screens last hours in which they can be used after their advertising, they don't offer lunch like before, and the prices are overpriced. It's not worth it anymore. Hopefully they can open the exits to Tepic directly and not depend on that culera line.
