Fueron los únicos que accedieron a hacerme mi mudanza a un cuarto piso con escaleras reducidas y todos mis muebles llegaron intactos. Me dejaron todo acomodado en donde lo pedí!
Very professional, very fast, very efficient and they take great care of the furniture.
They were the only ones who agreed to make me move to a fourth floor with reduced stairs and all my furniture arrived intact. They left me everything arranged where I asked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad super amables los muchachos, el servicio super rápido y con muchísimo profesionalismo, cuidan mucho los detalles y el trato de tus muebles, emplayan y envuelven en mantas todo. Fueron los únicos que quisieron hacer el servicio en Domingo de Oceanía a Jardín Balbuena, además a buen precio. No hagan caso a las malas reseñas la verdad son excelentes.
The really kind guys, the super fast service and with a lot of professionalism, take great care of the details and the treatment of your furniture, they pack and wrap everything in blankets. They were the only ones who wanted to do the service on Sunday from Oceania to Jardín Balbuena, also at a good price. Ignore the bad reviews, they are excellent.

La señorita que me atendió para contratarla, nunca me envió una confirmación a pesar de prometerla, tuve que estar hablando para asegurarme que la realizarían. No tienen una organización eficiente, pues de acuerdo al tamaño de mudanza debieron haber enviado 4 personas y sólo enviaron 2, tuve que hablar para reportarlo y 4 horas después llegaron 2 personas más. Las dos personas que llegaron después no tuvieron el cuidado con mis cosas, me rompieron un vidrio al sacar mi lavadora y a pesar de haber envuelto mi vajilla con plástico burbuja algunas piezas llegaron rotas. Les recomiendo que busquen a alguien más profesional.
I selected this company based on reviews but I didn't get good service. The lady who assisted me to hire her, never sent me a confirmation despite promising it, I had to keep talking to make sure they would do it. They do not have an efficient organization, because according to the size of the move they should have sent 4 people and they only sent 2, I had to call to report it and 4 hours later 2 more people arrived. The two people who arrived later were not careful with my things, they broke a glass when they took out my washing machine and despite having wrapped my crockery with bubble wrap, some pieces arrived broken. I recommend that you find someone more professional.
