todos los muebles rayados y golpeados
a ver quien dice algo porque hasta ahora todo es un silencio y no hay respuestas a mis quejas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo malo: Para ser mudanza local estuvo caro y al final pidieron más (por aparte porque no querían el dinero en donde se había depositado el pago del total).
Se tardaron lo que quisieron, entiendo que necesiten descanso pero ni siquiera avisan, de pronto ya no ves trabajando a ninguno y pareciera que ya se fueron con tus cosas.
Se cobraron cajas closets para la ropa y no los enviaron. Primero dijeron que la iban a emplayar después sólo la colgaron en un lazo por lo que quedó toda revuelta.
Lo bueno: la unidad venía limpia, contestaba rápido para la cotización y sí emplayaron las cosas grandes.
Sin embargo, no recomiendo busquen algo mejor.
The bad: To be a local move it was expensive and in the end they asked for more (separately because they did not want the money where the total payment had been deposited).
They took what they wanted, I understand that they need rest but they do not even notice, suddenly you do not see any of them working and it seems that they left with your things.
Boxed closets for clothes were charged and they were not sent. First, they said that they were going to tie it up afterwards, they just hung it in a loop so it was all upset.
The good thing: the unit came clean, it answered quickly for the quote and yes they took the big things.
However, I do not recommend looking for something better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de mudanza, desde el primer día de servicio subcontrataron a otra empresa y esta daño mis muebles y el departamento que estaba por entregar ( llegaron tarde y no llevaban suficiente empaque), para la entrega faltaron cojines decorativos de mi sala para darle seguimiento se tardaron un mes en darme una respuesta, ya no me contestaban llamadas y evadian la responsabilidad y finalmente dañaron una base de cama mat. De la cual no se hicieron responsables.
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
Terrible moving service, from the first day of service they subcontracted to another company and this damaged my furniture and the department that was to be delivered (they arrived late and did not have enough packaging), for the delivery decorative cushions were missing from my room to follow up. They took a month to give me an answer, they no longer answered my calls and evaded responsibility and finally damaged a mat bed base. For which they were not responsible.
I definitely do not recommend it.

Al realizar nuestro servicio, sufrieron un percance automovilístico del cual varios articulos salieron dañados y no se hicieron responsables en lo absoluto, sólo nos dieron largas y jamás quisieron aplicar los seguros (de auto y del servicio), nos ofrecieron 5 mil pesos por todos nuestros artículos dañados y reportados (pantalla de 50", comedor, sillas de comedor, lavadora, etc) No aceptamos el trato y se desentendieron por completo. NO LOS RECOMIENDO, SI VALORAN SUS ARTÍCULOS, BUSQUEN OTRO SERVICIO.
Terrible service, professionalism, and zero recommendable. When performing our service, they suffered a car accident for which several items were damaged and they were not responsible at all, they only gave us long and never wanted to apply the insurance (car and service), they offered us 5,000 pesos for all our Damaged and reported items (50 "screen, dining room, dining room chairs, washing machine, etc) We did not accept the deal and completely disengaged. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS, LOOK FOR ANOTHER SERVICE.
