★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service EVER!!! This company doesn't even deserve a one star. Very unprofessional. The drivers were not concerned about the passenger's safety. Their language was nothing but profanity in the conversations among themselves. My husband and I were transported in an old van that had no working seatbelts and no aircondition. We had to tolerate this trip from Celaya to Matehuala in misery. We then changed over to bus that was old, musty smelling and the AC went out on it as well. Not worth the money paid . I would recommend TORNADO TRANSPORTES above ZIMA REAL anytime!
