★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tuviera cero estrellas de las daría. Use su transporte y el camión fallo de la balata. Quien da un servicio sin revisar sus camiones arriesgando la vida de los pasajeros?? Al parecer transporte Russ si! Tuvimos un retraso de 5 hrs ya que el camión que mandaron por nosotros tardo 3 hrs en llegar de Querétaro a Tepoztlán. Pésimo servicio parece que te hacen un favor. El dueño no entiende que uno le paga por hacer un trabajo
If I had zero stars I would give them. Use your transport and the truck failed the balata. Who gives a service without checking their trucks risking the lives of passengers? Apparently Russ transport yes! We had a delay of 5 hours since the truck they sent for us took 3 hours to get from Querétaro to Tepoztlan. Terrible service seems to do you a favor. The owner does not understand that one pays him for doing a job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les comparto que primeramente me dio poca desconfianza al principio por las facilidades de pago y reserva pero al probar con este transporte mi experiencia fue súper buena, me pareció el servicio super formal y de buena calidad muy recomendable!!!!
I would like to share with you that at first I was not very suspicious of the payment and reservation facilities, but when I tried this transport my experience was super good, I thought the service was super formal and of good quality, highly recommended !!!!
