★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi bicicleta para un ajuste general, mismo que tuvo que haberse realizado en una fecha pactada previamente. Al llegar a recogerla no le habían hecho nada en lo absoluto. Les tomó 15 min realizar dichos ajustes, supongo estos se hicieron a prisa para no hacerme esperar más. Para mi sorpresa, al llegar a mi casa y probarla (no tuve tiempo de hacerlo al recibirla) tuve que ajustar el 50 % de lo que en teoría me ofrecieron en el presupuesto. Definitivamente no regresaré a este local. Afortunadamente tenemos varias opciones por esta zona para llevar nuestras bicicletas a mantenimiento.
Por último, el trato recibido deja mucho que desear, probablemente por la pandemia, los empleados no estén en la mejor disposición de atender, se nota que les cuesta trabajo dar un buen servicio.
I brought my bike for a general adjustment, which had to have been done on a previously agreed date. When they got to pick her up they had done nothing to her at all. It took them 15 min to make these adjustments, I suppose they were made in a hurry to not make me wait any longer. To my surprise, when I got home and tried it (I didn't have time to do it when I received it), I had to adjust 50% of what was offered in the budget in theory. I will definitely not return to this place. Fortunately we have several options in this area to take our bikes to maintenance.
Finally, the treatment received leaves much to be desired, probably due to the pandemic, the employees are not in the best disposition to attend, it is evident that it is difficult for them to provide good service.

I really like the place or the store to buy bike parts but I don't like the staff, they are very clowns and do not explain anything to you and should know a little about everything? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 años llevando mis bicis ahi, les han hecho desde armarlas de cero, hasta servicios mayores, por lo regular las llevo 2 veces por año. y te pueden aconsejar qué es lo que mejor le queda a la bici, si no lo tienen, lo consiguen. Ahora con la pandemia tarda un poco mas, es de esperarse, pero el servico es de 10.
7 years taking my bikes there, they have made them from building them from scratch, to major services, I usually take them 2 times a year. and they can advise you what is the best fit for the bike, if they don't have it, they get it. Now with the pandemic it takes a little longer, it is to be expected, but the service is 10.

Compre una llanta Mountain King Continental rodada 26 para mi Northrock (si, del Costco) una goma de lujo!
The impeccable service, the attention from Chino and Jesús first, obviously have a high workload, especially now that with the Pandemic, everyone has become clergy. 100 recommended, the best in the area, incredible attention. Quería solicitar informes para llevar a servicio mi bicicleta, cuando llegue atendían a un par de clientes, pero en 10 minutos nadie me atendió, al menos para decirme el clásico “en un momento le atendemos” .
Que me espero para cuando ya tengan mi bicicleta.... perdieron un cliente
Very bad service
I wanted to request reports to take my bicycle to service, when I arrived they attended to a couple of clients, but in 10 minutes nobody answered me, at least to tell me the classic "in a moment we will attend you".
