★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor que contesta el número telefónico tiene problemas para decir la verdad. Dijo que a las 10:00 am. salía el primer.recorrido y así nos mantuvo engañados durante 45 minutos.
Llegan a la hora que pueden llegar, y salen cuando se junta gente. Si tienen la agenda apretada mejor no vengan.
The man who answers the phone number has trouble telling the truth. He said at 10:00 am. The first tour was leaving and thus he kept us fooled for 45 minutes.
They arrive when they can, and they leave when people gather. If you have a tight schedule, you better not come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No está mal. Pero creo que puede mejorar. Cuando te subes te ofrecen como aperitivos agua o refresco, galletas y una muestra pequeña de toritos. La información que proporcionan algunas son erradas como que hace pocos años Xalapa fue sede de los juegos "panamericanos" y en realidad fueron "centroamericanos" entre otros detalles. Lo que para nada me gustó, la velocidad con la que pasaba en algunos lugares, escuché comentarios de que no les daba tiempo de tomar alguna foto o ver en realidad lo que la grabación guía iba explicando. En general es como para saber unos cuántos datos por $60 y $50 pesos (niños y adultos mayores descuento)
Not bad. But I think it can improve. When you get up they offer you as snacks, water or soda, cookies and a small sample of toritos. The information provided by some is wrong, as few years ago Xalapa hosted the "Pan-American Games" and in fact they were "Central American" among other details. What I did not like at all, the speed with which it happened in some places, I heard comments that they did not have time to take a picture or actually see what the recording guide was explaining.
