★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, pesimo seguimiento con el cliente , parece que tienes que rogar el servicio, cero comunicacion con cliente final, las fechas no se cumplen e inclusive te mandan a hablar directamente con los conductores de camiones. Jamas me hablaron para darme un status de traslado!!!! si yo no los buscaba ellos no lo hacian y aun asi tardaban en contestarme dias.
Poor service, poor follow-up with the customer, it seems that you have to beg for the service, zero communication with the end customer, the dates are not met and they even send you to speak directly with the truck drivers. They never spoke to me to give me a transfer status !!!! If I did not look for them they did not do it and even so they took days to answer me.

INCLUSIVE, TE PONEN A HABLAR DIRECTAMENTE CON CHOFERES QUE NO SABEN NI QUE ONDA. POR SU PUESTO QUE DECIDI NO ENTREGARLES MI CAMIONETA DESPUES DE CASI 3 SEMANAS ESPERANDO QUE LA RECOGIERAN. NO ME REGRESARON MI DINERO. ESTAFA TOTAL
IT WAS A HORROR TO HIRE YOUR SERVICES. VERY ATTENTIVE TO QUOTE AND RECEIVE THE MONEY. AFTER THAT, THEY NEVER ANSWERED CALLS OR EMAILS. EVEN, THEY MAKE YOU TALK DIRECTLY WITH DRIVERS WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT'S UP. BECAUSE I DECIDED NOT TO GIVE THEM MY TRUCK AFTER ALMOST 3 WEEKS WAITING FOR THEM TO PICK IT UP. I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. TOTAL SCAM
