Un servicio profesional y justo. Teníamos muchas maletas y yo me preocupe que no hibamos a caber pero Me Transfers se ocupo del problema y nos mandó un auto mas grande. Todo cupo sin problema y nuestro motorista llegó a tiempo y fue muy amable. Yo los recomiendo. The service was professional and fair. We had a lot of luggages and I was worried we would not fit them all but Me Transfers took care of the problem and sent us a bigger car. Everything was able to fit with no problem and our driver was on time and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I made a reservation for a short trip back to the airport from a resort in the hotel zone via their website, 24 hrs in advance. The next day they did not show up at the requested time, we waited an extra 15-20 minutes and then took another transfer service.

Our driver Marcos was great! Spoke English and was very helpful. Even shared a family recipe foe a dulce with me. To top it off I left my phone in the shuttle van on accidently and they arranged delivery to my resort the next say. Excellent! Highly recommend!!

Me Transfers picked us up from Cancun Airport (at Terminal 4) and our hotel resort (which was located about 20-30 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen). There was some confusion when we arrived at the airport about where our driver was and where we needed to be to receive them. But, to be fair, our flight was nearly an hour late. Thankfully, we were able to call Me Transfers and they assured us they were sending a driver who would be there in the next 5 minutes, which they were. The return trip to the airport went smoothly though. Our driver arrived on time and was waiting outside the hotel lobby. On both trips, our drivers were friendly, spoke English and offered to make additional stops if we requested. Because of this, we would use Me Tranfers again without hesitation. Regarding airport pickups, we would just make sure—beforehand—they advise us of what platform or area we need to be at to receive them (Platform A, B, C or D). That way, we can avoid any future confusion upon arrival. FYI, look for the white cargo vans with pink stripes that read “MeTransfers” on the side. Drivers usually wear pink shirts, too.?
