★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, una muy buena experiencia con el Dr Alejandro, muy amable y atinado en su diagnostico, hay una muy buena relacion costo beneficio con toda la clinica incluso ahi mismo encuentras tu medicamento a menor costo que en las farmacias de cadena, eso habla de un servicio integral sobre todo en este tiempo de pandemia.

 Personally, a very good experience with Dr. Alejandro, very kind and accurate in his diagnosis, there is a very good cost-benefit relationship with the entire clinic, even right there you find your medicine at a lower cost than in chain pharmacies, that speaks of a comprehensive service especially in this time of pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una cirugía hace 4 años, me habían indicado un pronóstico/secuela de dolor crónico ( en el IMSS ?) pero la Doctora que me realizó el procedimiento nunca dijo eso, estoy muy agradecida!
I had surgery 4 years ago, they had indicated a prognosis / sequela of chronic pain (in the IMSS ?) but the Doctor who performed the procedure never said that, I am very grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio médico, PÉSIMO SERVICIO en cuanto a la administración llevo más de 15 días esperando mi factura y solamente me dan vueltas, por teléfono te contestan de una manera GROSERA y solamente te dan el avión, tuve que ir directamente a la sucursal a pesar de tener mi pie enyesado a solicitar mi factura y nuevamente me pidieron mis datos para de todos modos no hacer NADA
Good medical service, BAD SERVICE in terms of administration I have been waiting for my bill for more than 15 days and they only give me back, on the phone they answer you in a RUDE way and they only give you the plane, I had to go directly to the branch despite have my foot in a cast to request my invoice and again they asked me for my information to do NOTHING anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es pequeño no hay mucho espacio. Se tiene que hacer fila para esperar aunque tengas cita. Hay bancas en el exterior para esperar y también tienen una pequeña zona de espera al interior. La atención de los doctores es muy buena. Son amables y tratan de explicar lo que le van a realizar a los pacientes, tienen un trato muy humano. Las terapias las realiza una doctora que es muy amable y paciente. El problema son las recepcionistas que te atienden pésimo. De mala gana y no explican bien los precios. Son dos mujeres las que están en la recepción muy déspotas, tratan mal a los pacientes, las preguntas que les hacen las responden de mala gana. Lamentablemente por ese motivo son las dos estrellas.
The place is small there is not much space. You have to queue to wait even if you have an appointment. There are benches outside to wait and they also have a small waiting area inside. The attention of the doctors is very good. They are friendly and try to explain what they are going to do to the patients, they are very humane. The therapies are performed by a doctor who is very kind and patient. The problem is the receptionists who treat you lousy. Reluctantly and they don't explain the prices well. There are two women who are very despotic at the reception, they treat patients badly, the questions they are asked are answered reluctantly. Unfortunately for that reason they are the two stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención te citan a una hora y casi 2 horas esperando a la doctora para que se digne a atender. No lo recomiendo hay mejores opciones por el precio.

Mi esposo y yo estabamos súper preocupados ellos lograron tranquilizarnos y brindarle seguridad a mi niña

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente en esta clínica, mi experiencia no fue muy placentera. Porque no brindan la atención hasta que cubres el minimo del 70 % en el costo de lo que te realicen y con forme pasa el tiempo y el diagnóstico va incrementando la cantidad del cobro considerablemente...
Considero que se debe de atender rápida y oportunamente y mientras sucede eso, pelear con lo del pagó, porque el paciente es el que está sufriendo por esa causa .
Algo rescatable de está clínica es que, cuando ya por fin te atienden, si desempeñan bien su trabajo.
Instalaciones muy pequeñas, el elevador también muy pequeño se tiene que hacer mucha maniobra para poder usarlo con una camilla.
