This is a -0 stars!!!! I will forever regret to have spent my money with a company that offers what they will not provide. I started to get in contact with Juan Francisco Ramos in Trave Cia in Tlajomulco Jalisco. In October 2020 I requested a family package that would include 8 rooms and a quinciañera package he was well aware what I was requesting and specific date. Everything started wrong the moment he said we needed to have 10 room fill in order to get 1 room free then moments later stated he had made a mistake that it was 15 room and 16th free. At this point I should of known better but I gave it the benefit of the dough and continued working with him. He then ask for a deposit and said that we had till May 20th to pay in full, a few weeks in I received message requesting more money staying a deposit had not been made i reached out to the guy he said he had sent it on accident. Well we continued to work with payments and my family decided to get a package for them and had problems with the hotel they got, place smelled had no good food so they spoke to him and after they were able to speak to the actual person I charge they got there refund. Well my story with this man has been horrible, I had been asking about my even date as I wanted church with it and on my daughter's special day he said he had it under control well I was surprised to call the hotel directly and was told there was bo date save and that i the date i wanted was no longer available. I was upset i had counted on him that he had my date set up as he had told me and nothing. Then as the date got here i meet with him and I ask what room views we would get he said u will get 1 of 3 views beach, pool or garden. Everything was all wrong when we got to the hotel. No one had the room they expected and I was told we payd way to much for what we had. Yes my guest were upset and had no idea that the hotel was not at fault for what we were sold. We were told the hotel had live music, shows, late pool closing and nop they had nothing of this pool closed at 8pm no music. When I spoke to the lady in charge of big groups she explained to me and show me that the email that was sent to the Juan Francisco letting him know that they didn't work with big group package including a party event. When I told her the price I paid she had a surprise looked in her face. This lady 3way this man and Erica the ladie she worked with because of all the miss communication. He agreed he had told me all this and was not aware of what room views we were really going to be having. I was so upset, the hotel was fully booked and didn't want to accommodate us because they would loos money Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta was a great hotel and I would stay again if it had not been due to this people that have planned me and my family. We had 13 rooms book with 32 people and a party event. We payed for what we didn't get and he would not answer nor respond back to messages or had his office open. He new we would be back on June 29th and left on vacation to cancun. Please please look at all reviews before booking with anyone or giving ur money out ask as many questions and make sure u get a contract with all details. Make sure u really get what you u ask for. This man didn't even apologize nor he took responsibility on what he had done the hotel was so ashamed to he working with him. We will never ever work with him... P.S it would be nice if you would respond back and not block people. Then you would get paid.
