★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague por una habitación doble y me terminaron juntando con otros en una habitación cuádruple, no tuvieron el profesionalismo de avisar con tiempo algún cambio, me enteré ya que llegamos al hotel.
 I paid for a double room and they ended up meeting me with others in a quadruple room, they did not have the professionalism to notify any changes in advance, I found out as we arrived at the hotel.

El personal muy atentos y amables.
Sólo deberían de ser mas claros en cuanto costos de atracciones, o por lo menos un aproximado ellos que ya conocen, porque ya en el destinos y en el transporte avisan de tarifas que se tienen que pagar en el momento.
También claros en las indicaciones, no dar por hecho que todos los viajeros conocen el lugar.
The destinations are highly recommended.
The staff very attentive and friendly.
