★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay una agente que dice que trabaja aquí y me saco unas reservaciones bajo esta agencia, debo decir que realice mi viaje y tuve una pésima experiencia, ya que no me entrego las reservaciones a tiempo, todo fue día por día, estar cada día día recepción y presionando para que se hiciera junto con el pago correspondiente al final tuve que pagar yo las últimas 2 noches porque la señora Rosa Chacón Urbina no pagó, se le ha pedido el reembolso de lo que yo pague estando allá, no se ha negado pero tampoco la hace, y pone mil pretextos, yo hice mi pago del viaje en el mes de Junio para viajar este 30 de septiembre. Tengan cuidado porque no soy la única a la que le ha quedado mal y se maneja esta señora haciendo creer que trabaja con otras agencias y solo falsifica documentos de reservaciones. Por mi parte procederé legalmente contra ella y contra la agencia si no obtengo respuesta positica
