Muy recomendable aparte de otros destinos internacionales si desean en especifico conocer sureste mexicano (Chiapas, Yucatán, Oaxaca, Mahahual) tienen muchísimas opciones y alternativas en servicios a la medida para viajes inolvidables.
 A large network of franchises and branches throughout Mexico and Latin America. Highly recommended apart from other international destinations if you want to know specifically the Mexican southeast (Chiapas, Yucatan, Oaxaca, Mahahual) they have many options and alternatives in services tailored for unforgettable trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio postventa de Travel Viajes es muy malo. La agencia con la que trabajaban en mi destino cambió el itinerario y no me avisaron por Travel Viajes. Les escribí varios correos exigiendo una explicación al cambio de itinerario y a cada correo tardaban más de 5 días en responder ya estando yo en mi destino. No tuve solución por parte de Travel Viajes sino por parte de la agencia en destino. NO PUEDO RECOMENDAR A ALGUIEN CON TAN PÉSIMO SEGUIMIENTO POST VENTA.
Travel Travel after-sales service is very bad. The agency they worked with at my destination changed the itinerary and they didn't let me know about Travel Viajes. I wrote several emails demanding an explanation of the itinerary change and it took each email more than 5 days to respond and I was at my destination. I had no solution from Travel Travel but from the agency in destination. I CANNOT RECOMMEND SOMEONE WITH SO LOAD FOLLOW-UP AFTER SALE.

Pague muchisimo dinero para tener los peores servicios de hoteles en la provincia de Cuba, habian programas que no se cumplieron y una excursion que no era lo que paque. No la recomiendo.
Travel in Cuba with this agency from Mexico. My experience was one of the worst I have had in my travels almost in the world. I paid a lot of money to have the worst hotel services in the province of Cuba, there were programs that were not fulfilled and an excursion that was not what I packaged. I do not recommend it.
