Lo recomiendo completamente. They took good care of me, quickly, I went to the offices to confirm that it was not a fraud, I had mistrust at the beginning but in the end they sold me a cruise in which I had a super good time, they also arranged my stay in Cozumel for a few days and it was excellent. I fully recommend it.

I booked a 3 night stay at an all inclusive Cancun resort through Travel Day at the recommendation of a good friend of mine who knows the owner Yamel. I requested multiple times the top package offered by the resort, and was assured by Yamel that is what they reserved for me and what I had paid for. We had this in writing via text messages. When I checked in at the resort on May 31, 2017 the resort said I did NOT have the VIP package as requested. The only part of it I had was an ocean view room. I tried contacting Travel Day by phone, and email but they would not respond. My friend finally reached them the next day and their response to me was "we will compensate you $100 on your next vacation with us". Seriously?? They basically stole my money. I would never again use this company as they are very dishonest and did nothing to rectify the situation. Also...the "5" star review below is actually Yamel's son, who also works at Travelday ....obviously a made up review.just Interesting since I posted this review... All of a sudden within 1 day you have five...5 star reviews..again made up by your friends and your son Yamil.
