★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay muchas alternativas, así que el servicio es bueno en general. Las recepcionistas y cajeras parecen sacadas de un IMSS pues ni siquiera saber regresar un saludo. Sin embargo, la atención de médicos es buena.
Si son comunidad UNAM recuerden que tienen descuento porque el personal no te lo dice.
There are not many alternatives, so the service is generally good. The receptionists and cashiers seem to be taken from an IMSS because they do not even know how to return a greeting. However, medical care is good.
If you are a UNAM community, remember that they have a discount because the staff does not tell you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena clínica, tienen las vacunas necesarias para viajar, te entregan tu cartilla amarilla que te piden en otros países, las vacunas están más accesibles que en otros lados.
Atienden a todo el público no solo a estudiantes y académicos.
Lo único malo fue que el día que fui no se podía pagar con tarjeta de crédito, aunque si me llamaron para avisar.
Los doctores son atentos y educados, te resuelven cualquier duda que tengas.
Very good clinic, they have the necessary vaccines to travel, they give you your yellow card that they ask you in other countries, the vaccines are more accessible than elsewhere.
They serve the entire public, not just students and academics.
The only bad thing was that the day I went you couldn't pay by credit card, although they did call me to advise.
The doctors are attentive and polite, they answer any questions you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Para sacar una cita tiene que ser por whatsapp y sus contestaciones son a cuenta gotas. Tardan horas para darte certeza sobre la cita que uno requiere. Después de dar los datos requeridos me dejaron colgada, lo intenté dos veces y es decepcionante, por supuesto es imposible hablar con un ser humano. No se toman en serio su trabajo y es una falta de respeto que no respondan y al menos digan que el procedimiento para sacar una cita tomará por lo menos 4 horas.
Terrible attention. To make an appointment it has to be by whatsapp and their answers are drop-in. They take hours to give you certainty about the appointment that one requires. After giving the required data they left me hanging, I tried twice and it is disappointing, of course it is impossible to talk to a human being. They do not take their work seriously and it is disrespectful that they do not respond and at least say that the procedure to make an appointment will take at least 4 hours.
