★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por cancelar unos boletos debido a la pandemia nos cobraron demasiado y todavia nos robaron la llave de una habitación: eran dos habitaciones para 2 huéspedes cada una ,pero nos robaron la llave de una habitación con la excusa de que era un error del hotel, asi que tuvimos que dormir 4 personas en una habitación para 2, reportamos al hotel y dijieron que el responsable era la agencia.
For canceling some tickets due to the pandemic they charged us too much and they still stole the key to a room: they were two rooms for 2 guests each, but they stole the key to a room with the excuse that it was a hotel error, like this We had to sleep 4 people in a room for 2, we reported to the hotel and they said that the agency was responsible.
