b	belen valdez valenzuela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor empresa de viajes, todo es un fraude, su proceso de venta es CERO transparente, prometen ahorrarte un 20% en tus viajes cuando en realidad apenas te ahorras 5%, su servicio es muy malo, te asignan un asesor de reservas pero esa persona no puede responder por ninguna queja ya que se excusa diciendo que ella no estuvo durante la venta, la verdad lo PEOR de lo PEOR ojala nadie más caiga en su estafa.... The worst travel company, everything is a fraud, their sales process is ZERO transparent, they promise to save you 20% on your trips when in reality you only save 5%, their service is very bad, they assign you a reservation advisor but that Person cannot answer for any complaint since he excuses himself by saying that she was not during the sale, the truth is the WORST of the WORST hopefully nobody else falls for his scam ...

Después me dicen que siempre si se mantiene la cuota, y al final que ya subió.. A lo que les digo que me reembolsen mi dinero $16,200.00 y me dicen que tardarán 5 días para regresarmelo.. Amigos no confíen en esta agencia porque les puede arruinar sus vacaciones.. Mi asesora se llama Lorena Silva Barajas... No caigan con estos estafadores.
