★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy lento el sistema que tiene y aparte tiene uno que marcar las cajas con un folio que ellos deberían de poner y aparte el gerente es muy payaso y la contadora es muy prepotente
 The system they have is very slow and apart from that you have to mark the boxes with a piece of paper that they should put up and apart from that the manager is very clown and the accountant is very arrogant

Very good service and good cost the truth is that for a pallet of 25 boxes they charged me only $1500 I have already been sending from GDL to MTY for 6 months and if it suits good parcel and nothing is lost

De allí en más creo que todo está bien... Pero por uno pierden todos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención telefónica que me ha tocado, una cosa es estar saturado de trabajo y otra tener una atención grosera y prepotente, la srta Daniela que atiende el teléfono te cuelga a media llamada sin resolver los problemas, eso si se dignan a contestar el teléfono, de las 4 líneas hay que insistir al rededor de 30 min para que respondan, y suelen contestar y colgar repetidamente. No se si el precio "accesible" valga la pena por el pésimo servicio al cliente.
The worst telephone service I have ever had, one thing is to be saturated with work and another to have a rude and arrogant service, Miss Daniela who answers the phone hangs up on you in the middle of the call without solving the problems, that is if they deign to answer the phone , of the 4 lines you have to insist around 30 min for them to answer, and they usually answer and hang up repeatedly.
