★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful, beautiful hotel within walking distance of the city center and the smaller square of Santa Ana. Our room was very comfortable and had any amenities we needed.
Sunita met us our first morning and was incredibly helpful throughout the trip. Everyone at the hotel was a pleasure to work with and see each day. Sunita set us up with a tour to Uxmal, Yaxcapoil, and a cenote through Mayan Heritage. Her restaurant recommendations were out of this world (Nectar for dinner and Pichita being two of our highlights). Stay here if you have the chance!

Very safe and kept very clean. Convenient location and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Would recommend staying here for those who want an authentic Merida stay and to support a local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. It was like staying in hotel from a Hercule Poirot Novel. The staff were super helpful. The facilities were immaculately maintained. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. The hammocks by the pool were a perfect place to unwind from walking around the beautiful city. Which was easy to do because this hotel in the heart of the city close to everything. I highly recommend considering staying in this hotel when in Merida. My wife and I will be back, hopefully soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel at excellent location, very close to city center and lots of good restaurants and cafes. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Ac and fan are great. Staff is super friendly and attentive. I got sick one day and they even got me medicine and brought me some complimentary tea. Fully recommend! Fantastic hotel!
