★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, modern, and fresh. Our private pool suite was a perfect place to work and relax. It was mostly quiet and never intrusive despite the bustling development and construction in Aldea Zama. Internet and wifi was supplied via fiber to the modem and fast enough for all common tasks. It’s probably best to have your own transportation until development is more complete in Aldea Zama, but taxis can be flagged from the gatehouse. Adrian and concierge Estephanie were always prompt and informative with any questions or requests.

Fully equipped with everything you might ask for and the little details made me falling in love with this place immediately. Very comfortable beds, nice living room with a huge and comfy couch, good water pressure in the bathrooms and a beautiful private pool in the backyard. Wifi is good too! I loved absolutely everything about it, even the smell in the rooms made me feel at home. We also met the manager one day and he's a very humble and friendly guy, I can absolutely recommend to stay at this place, it's absolutely worth it!

If you have a car it is the ideal place because everything is 5-10 minutes away. There is a pharmacy nearby. All the restaurants are close by. The beach too.
If you don't have a car it's ok but the entrance is a bit long. Either a car or a bike.
The service is impeccable. The hot water worked perfectly, no noise. Very easy access. The bed is comfortable and very cozy and the air conditioning.
I highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place we could have booked in Tulum! I felt here very safe as it is a gated area. The apartment is brand new and fully equipped. What I loved the most was the private garden and the pool. It looks even more beautiful at night with all the lights around. Highly recommended!
