★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciónes muy bien y acogedoras. El servicio es muy parecido al de la competencia en Pachuca. Trato amable y respetuoso. Necesitan estandarizar sus precios al de la competencia. Servicio con un rango de precios más arriba que la competencia.

La sala de espera es bastante confortante.
El tiempo en el que tu auto esta listo es corto y no descuidan la calidad de su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eran un auto lavado con mucho prestigio hace ya algún tiempo, lo cerraron y cuando lo volvieron abrir parece que perdió ese cualidad de cuidar los pequeños detalles, tanto en el lavado de los autos como en la atención al cliente en su sala de espera.
Tienen los precios de sus servicios muy altos comparados con la atención y efectividad en el lavado de los autos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es económico pero no hacen bien la limpieza de asientos, ni alfombra. En la entrada donde se paga se le pregunto si hacían limpieza de alfombra y asiento por un accidente ocasionado por un niño. Esto en el paquete más completo a lo que informaron que si. Pero al momento de entrega estaba sucio. No lo limpiaron. Tuvimos que lavarlo en casa. Entonces solo por lavar el exterior y todo el tiempo de espera no es muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar acogedor, sin embargo, trabajo deficiente, pedí abrillantador en llantas y este no se aplico uniformemente, secciones tenia y secciones no, opte por el paquete 4 que contempla encerado y esta no se aplico, además de secciones sucias, por prisas en el momento no revise a detalle pero así me entregaron el auto, comentó que no se aplico la cera ya sea líquida o en pasta ya que la textura de la pintura está rugosa y cuando se termina de aplicar cualquier tipo de cera se siente una textura suave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto lavado tipo "Americano" lavados desde $60 hasta $95 varios paquetes... pueden mejorar en varios aspectos, en general es pasable el servicio, aunque deberían ser más estrictos en los acabados por el costo del servicio, área de juegos para niños, cuentan con wifi y una máquina dispensador de galletas, refresco etc...
