I got my hair braided by Monica and she did an amazing job. She’s very professional and gave me the pricing and appointing date all in one hour. I’m from the states with long natural hair down to the middle of my back. 4A curls. She handled it like a pro. She washed it, blow dried it, and box braided down past my hips. Im used to the braiders in the states and this was better quality braiding and service than in America.The braids are not crazy tight so I know my edges will be fine. She was very gentle with the braiding process. They’re also small/medium sized. The braiding was finished in six hours. Good speedy time and only two short breaks. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxing. Please go to Monica if are looking for box braids, twists, cornrows, or any type of braiding. She is high quality and knows how to braid!

Monic did an amazing job, this has been my second time getting my hair braided, I remember the first time ( not with Monic) I never wanted to return because of the pain! But Monic was very gentle, she understood what I wanted and designed a style just for me! I now cant wait to return and so happy to find her! Muchas Gracias! Unprofessional and wasted my time. Had an appointment at 10am messaged the stylist at 9:00am to confirm with no response. I showed up to my appointment anyways and messaged for the location of the salon in Plaza Caracol still no communication. I gave up at 10:30am. Finally received a message from her at 11:37am saying she could not come to the appointment. I hate my time being wasted.

I had my braided by Mónica/Monic’s and it was such a dope experience! From the beginning she told me “talk to me about anything you want”. So we just talked and she went to work on my hair and I’m impressed with how it turned out. This is my first time being able to get my full head of hair braided because its short but she was able to do it all and replicate a style that I asked for. I don’t think the picture does it justice honestly. She’s open to suggestions, specific requests, etc. She’s passionate about what she does and will give you tips the whole time. I’d definitely recommend her!
