★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Llevo tiempo visitando esta panadería, y cada vez que voy la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear.
Fui a mediados de febrero a hacer el pedido, me dijeron que no tomaban pedidos con un mes de anticipación y que se tenían que hacer por semana y en la sucursal.
Este lunes fui a hacer el pedido como me lo pidieron.
Y hoy viernes que llego a recogerlo, me lo entrega incompleto, de mala gana y ni siquiera estaba listo para la entrega.
Creo que esta fue mi última visita a la Panadería tres Espigas.
 Terrible customer service. I have been visiting this bakery for a long time, and every time I go the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I went in mid-February to place the order, they told me that they don't take orders a month in advance and that they have to be done weekly and at the branch.
This Monday I went to order as requested.
And today Friday when I arrive to pick it up, he gives it to me incomplete, reluctantly and it was not even ready for delivery.
I think this was my last visit to Tres Espigas Bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atencion todos los dias, el pan es recien hecho, calientito y su sabor es Delicioso. Aqui encuentras bolillos, conchas, polvorones, cochinitos. Abren a las 7:30am. Lo recomiendo Ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acabo de ir ahorita son las 7:09 y ya tenían una mesa atravesada..cambien la información respecto al horario ..dice que cierran a las 7:30... ojalá y lo cambien o respeten el horario de cierre Andrea..
I just went right now it's 7:09 and they already had a table across...change the information regarding the schedule...it says they close at 7:30...hopefully they change it or respect the closing time Andrea...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola que decepción en las roscas pequeñas, sin sabor y SOLO UN muñeco muy caras más de $400 un trozo de pan. En cuanto a la cafetería muy bien y sabroso el café en sus diferentes presentaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo. Te atienden como si te hicieran un favor. Cierran antes del horario publicado, no 15 minutos antes,una hora antes!!!!. Creo que los dueños o no les importa o o tienen control sobre el personal déspota que atiende. Exigen pagos muy altos cuando es pago con tarjeta.
The service is lousy. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. They close before the published schedule, not 15 minutes before, one hour before !!!!. I think the owners either don't care or have control over the unruly staff serving them. They demand very high payments when it is card payment.
