★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito, sin embargo no han puesto la caseta, no tienen ni fecha programada para ponerla. El sportclub no lo han abierto y llevan posponiendo la fecha de apertura más de un año. Los guardias dejan pasar a los uber eats y desconocidos sin antes llamar y los vecinos no respetan las instalaciones ensuciando con sus mascotas.
 The place is nice, however they haven't put up the booth, they don't have a scheduled date to put it up. The sportclub has not been opened and they have been postponing the opening date for more than a year. The guards let the uber eats and strangers pass without first calling and the neighbors do not respect the facilities by littering with their pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no me gustó, está muy bonito pero realmente las expectativas son más altas de lo que ya es el lugar en si, te cuentan muy bonito todo pero al final es bastante diferente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué desde el 2019 y ya ofrecían los departamentos con alberca semi-olímpica, CrossFit y gym .
Hoy es 2022 y aún no se puede hacer uso de estas instalaciones, los departamentos están construidos con materiales y muebles de mala calidad, las albercas están sucias y descuidadas …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima compra… jamás puedes usar las amenidades… siempre la administración tienen un paro y pero para usar el salón.. ademas la alberca con agua heladisima… pago una cuota alta de mantenimiento y jamás se ve reflejada. La calle cada vez más llena de basura … el área del juegos infantiles toda descuidada y llena de basura. Los guardias están de adorno.. cualquiera entra sin identificación.. y no se diga de los acabados de los departamentos…
Terrible purchase… you can never use the amenities… the administration always has a strike and but to use the lounge… also the pool with freezing water… I pay a high maintenance fee and it is never reflected. The street is becoming more and more littered… the playground all neglected and littered. The guards are for decoration... anyone enters without identification... and not to mention the finishes of the departments...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la venta me vendieron una idea diferente a lo me entregaron en la post-venta. Y el cual nunca cumplieron en satisfacer mis necesidades.
A demás es un lugar con un costo de mantenimiento exagerado para la deficiencias que tenemos en SEGURIDAD, áreas comunes como el agua fría de la alberca, limpieza común en elevadores y pasillos de los edificios.
La planificación vial interna del condominio, a un futuro será un caos vial el cual se prevé que no tenga una solución.
Por último los canales de comunicación por parte de la constructora y la administración no son claros ni precisos, el cual dejan muchas inconformidades y preguntas sin respuestas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la experiencia de este lugar. A diferencia de otros lugares, el personal fue muy amable y atento.
Las amenidades son excelentes, aunque el único problema es que ofrezcan algo por lo que pagas y no tiene.
Cómo las calderas para la alberca, que para ahorita la Pandemia han tenido bien manejo de las áreas comunes, por lo que tienes que solicitar un horario para que puedas ingresar
