Tres Pelicanos Dive Center - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Just came back from a week's worth of diving. We are returning customers. Why? Because Tres Pelicanos is a great dive operation. What can I say? Professional, laid back, knowledgeable, a fun crew. In order not to forget anyone, I thank each and everyone at Tres Pelicanos for a great dive trip again. We will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about Tres Pelicanos. We’ve come to them for years. Super safe, highly trained fun dive masters that care about your experience. They will go out of your way to show you the tiniest of sea life all the way to the big things. The boats are high speed clean and very comfortable. Steve the owner is one of a kind quality person that cares about each and every customer. We go to Cozumel every year and you couldn’t pay me to use a different dive shop. We’re very thankful for everything that Tres Pelicanos has done for us and we will be back time and time again. We LOVE you guys! ❤️

I’m on dive 8 out of the 16 I have planned. This is my second visit to Cozumel and I came back to Tres Pelicanos because they treat every diver very special and take requests seriously! I wanted to see octopus on night dive and saw 9! Today I asked if we could see sharks and we did! The staff is super knowledgeable. They limit # of people on their fast boat, so all dives feel very private. Steve, the owner is super personable and committed to his clients. I feel in great hands and am looking forward to many more adventures with Tres Pelicanos!

Just got back from Cancun and 5 of us went over to Cozumel and did a two tank dive with Tres Pelicanos and it was amazing. They know the best places for great drift diving. We meet several people who have been using them for years and say they are the only shop on Cozumel they will use. These were older folks who have been diving 20 years plus and say they have dove all over the world. Between our great experience (we had our own boat for just the 5 of us) and the reef we got to see and the words of those folks we meet after the dives, I feel great recommending them and we have already booked next years trip back here and will be using them again. There gear is a little outdated but all functional and we ended up with 54 min of bottom time on the second dive in a shallow area, but still over the top beautiful reef. If you want even more dive time they will get you 100cft tanks. We used 80’s. Over 1 1/2 total of great diving because they know where to go, all the staff and folks on the boats were great.

My go to for next time in CZM. Smaller fast boats, very easy to work with online or by phone, fair price, friendly and flexible for transportation to the marina and dive site selection.

I did my Open Water certification with 3 Pelicanos and some additional dives. The staff and the dive masters are very knowledgeable and experienced. The organization and booking was also very smooth. When in Cozumel again, I will certainly go diving with 3P again. The experience was very positive!

I dove with Tres Pelicanos about 6 years ago and left a 5-stars review(I don't think Google keeps reviews for that long). Fast forward to Dec21/Jan22, went back to dive with them, and had my 14yo daughter along. Although they changed location (downtown now) it was great to see their essence remained the same: Safe, Fun and Memorable dives. We dove with different boat Captains (Tiburon/Francisco) and Dive Masters (Jose/George). They all were extremely friendly and fun to talk. Very focused on the divers needs and safety-first always. Also provide invaluable about where to go / what to eat. The whole booking, paying, re-scheduling were hassle-free. Met the owner Steve in one of the dives. He will always go out of his way to assist you.

My husband and I are relatively new divers, and we had an amazing experience diving with the Tres Pelicanos team. The shop was very accommodating and flexible when we had issues with our PayPal account. Also, as newer divers, we deeply appreciated the level of care and assistance from our dive master (Jorge) and the other divers on our trip, including the shop owner, Steve, who dove with us. Steve and the crew were incredibly gracious to answer all of our questions while giving advice along the way. It's easy to see that this shop takes great pride in their work and treats divers of all levels with respect and care.
