★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,llegó el paquete viernes, no me avisan hasta el lunes ,llegó por el y no lo encuentran ,tardaron más de 1 hora en encontrarlo.
Otro paquete anterior llegó maltratado y en su interior quebrados los frascos .aún con etiquetas de FRAGIL.
 Terrible service, the package arrived on Friday, they do not notify me until Monday, it arrived by and they cannot find it, it took more than 1 hour to find it.
Another previous package arrived mistreated and inside the jars broken. Still with FRAGIL labels.

They sent me a package from Guadalupe NL to Nuevo Laredo on Saturday, April 9 at 9:30 am and it's April 12 and they tell me that they still haven't sent the package from Guadalupe NL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hay nada de coordinación de ninguna área, su página de rastreo nunca la actualizan, marcas a los números de atención y nunca saben nada, y los repartidores pareciera que los traen apurados casi te avientan el paquete sin poder checar bien.
Terrible service, there is no coordination in any area, their tracking page is never updated, you dial the customer service numbers and they never know anything, and the delivery men seem to bring them in a hurry, they almost throw the package at you without being able to check it well.
