★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pésimo el servicio se supone que mi paquete llegaría hoy pero como es día festivo no trabajaron y no se por que me ponen una fecha festiva si saben que no van a trabajar ese día, uno no tiene el tiempo para esperarlos todo el día
 Very bad service my package was supposed to arrive today but since it is a holiday they did not work and I do not know why they put a holiday date on me if they know they are not going to work that day, one does not have the time to wait for them all day

They never answer the phone in the offices! On one occasion they managed to respond and told me that my shipment would be delivered the next day, and nothing! I dial again but they no longer answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero estrellas se aprovechan de la ingenuidad de algunas personas que van a embarcar y no saben lo que significa ocurre con tal de cobrar entrega a domicilio fue mi caso ya que me cobraron EAD cuando tengo la paqueteria a 100 mts y yo fui a recoger mi paquete y todo por que la persona que embarco le preguntaron si era Ocurre y al no saber dijo que no pero no le explicaron que significaba esto
Zero stars take advantage of the ingenuity of some people who are going to ship and do not know what it means, it happens in order to charge for home delivery. It was my case since they charged me EAD when I have the package 100 meters away and I went to pick up my package. and all because the person who boarded asked him if it was happening and not knowing he said no but they did not explain what this meant
