I went to pick up a package from León, Guanajuato, it arrived quickly in perfect condition and what I heard is that they are fast and no matter the size of the package, everything is possible there with excellent service.

Lo único que si que es una weba su personal.
Ya no tanto en documentar si no para recoger. Te piden
Cartilla militar
Comprobante de domicilio etc etc.
Ya parecen banco están 3-4 ventanillas y se avientan la mula uno al otro.
Pero en fin creo que se puede mejorar o agilizar sus procesos de entrega..
De los costos mejor ni hablamos algunas veces son extraordinarios pero otros sorprenden.

Not so much in documenting if not in collecting. They ask you

Proof of address etc. etc.
They already seem to be a bank, there are 3-4 windows and they throw the mule at each other.
But in the end I believe that your delivery processes can be improved or streamlined ..
Of the better costs we do not even speak sometimes they are extraordinary but others they surprise.
