★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes trabajaban coordinadamente, buen servicio. Ahora no existen coherencia entre su call center y lo que realmente transportan. Hablo y me dicen que no pueden cotizar envios de lubricantes. Hablo después con otra persona y resulta que si me da precio. Lo peor, voy a sucursal y lo envían sin problemas. Dejaré de usar su servivio y me inclinaré por CASTORES. Ellos si dan información confiable, al momento y en forma.
Before they worked in coordination, good service. Now there is no coherence between their call center and what they actually transport. I speak and they tell me that they cannot quote shipments of lubricants. Then I talk to someone else and it turns out that it does give me a price. The worst, I go to branch and send it without problems. I will stop using your service and I will lean towards CASTORES. They do give reliable information, in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 marranos a 2 nalgas cada uno sentadotes y solo 1 atiende el mas caracol.ocea el mas menso. Tarde en documentar 1 hr y solo habia 2 personas antes que yo. Pesimo servicio.
3 pigs with 2 buttocks each sitting down and only 1 attends the most snail. Ocea the smallest. 1 hr late in documenting and there were only 2 people before me. Terrible service.
