Y no le daría ni una estrella pero creo no se puede omitir
Terrible service, they treat you badly, then they make you wait a long time to board because you are talking on the phone. I do not recommend three wars for parcels, more than anything because of their shipping staff.
And I wouldn't give it even one star but I think it can't be skipped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no prestan los patines a los clientes, siempre los tienen amarrados. Que se las arreglé el cliente como pueda!!! Se les olvida que prestan un servicio. No te bajan los montacarguista las tarimas si no les das para el refresco!! Pésimo servicio en sucursal tabla onda!!
Terrible service, they don't lend the skates to customers, they always have them tied up. That I managed the client as he can!!! They forget that they provide a service. The forklift drivers won't lower the platforms if you don't give them for the soda!! Lousy service at the wave table branch!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo, el vendedor escogió esta empresa para enviarme la mercancía que le compré y nunca hicieron la entrega, al vendedor le dijeron que sí y luego nos querían cobrar por un segundo intento, por favor informense. Paqueterías serías como DHL o estafeta dejan avisos cuando pasan y dan ciertos número de intentos para entregar sus envíos por el mismo costó.
No escojan esta empresa pensando que es barata porque no lo es cobra más que DHL y ni siquiera entrega el envío en tu domicilio. Te salen con que no encuentran la ubicación y reportan que si la encontraron. Engañaron al vendedor diciendo que yo no lo recibía y luego me llaman para decir que te cobraran más, $365 para un envío terrestre de 4 días que no te lo dejan?!?!
Talvez la escojan en provincia por falta de opciones, que lástima que como empresa mexicana den tan pésimo y falso servicio. Y el vendedor se puso como loco!
It's terrible, the seller chose this company to send me the merchandise I bought from him and they never made the delivery, they told the seller yes and then they wanted to charge us for a second attempt, please inform yourself. Serious packages like DHL or Estafeta leave notices when they pass and give a certain number of attempts to deliver their shipments for the same cost.
Do not choose this company thinking that it is cheap because it is not, it charges more than DHL and does not even deliver the shipment to your home. They tell you that they can't find the location and report that they found it. They deceived the seller saying that I did not receive it and then they call me to say that they will charge you more, $365 for a 4-day ground shipment that they will not let you?!?!
Perhaps they choose it in the province due to lack of options, what a pity that as a Mexican company they give such a lousy and false service. And the seller went crazy!
