★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. No contestan los teléfonos. 4 veces han puesto en paquete en el camión de entregas y nunca se han parado en mi domicilio. Si no tienen personal para entregar deberían de contratar más. Lleva 5 días de atraso el paquete, ahora tengo que gastar en recogerlo pero no contestas las llamadas para ver a que sucursal pasar. Nada recomendados. Busquen otra opción.
 Bad service. Phones are not answered. They have packaged 4 times in the delivery truck and have never stopped at my home. If they don't have staff to deliver, they should hire more. The package is 5 days late, now I have to spend to pick it up but you don't answer calls to see which branch to go through. Nothing recommended. Find another option.

Dos personas Adelante y 1 hora de espera.. en cambio la otra sucursal aunque es más movimiento son mucho más rápido.. en Querétaro..
