★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron un paquete al avisarnos que llego mande por el, pero mi trabajador llego a las 6:50 y no quisieron entregarlo que volviera otro día ya q ya iban a cerrar, se les mencionó que no podríamos ir por el paquete hasta el próximo viernes y al llegar a recogerlo nos mencionan que se debían más de 1000 de almacenaje… cosa que jamás nos mencionaron, y aparte q ellos no podían hacer nada…
They sent me a package when they told us that it arrived, I sent for it, but my worker arrived at 6:50 and they did not want to deliver it to come back another day since they were going to close, they were told that we could not go for the package until next Friday and when we arrived to pick it up they mentioned that more than 1000 were owed for storage... something they never mentioned to us, and apart from that they couldn't do anything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo está mal en esta empresa, supongo que su sistema de documentación es MEGA obsoleto, porque tardan horas en documentar y no es por el personal, ellos son muy amables y tratan de ayudar lo mejor que pueden pero simplemente no pueden hacer más.
El envío de mercancías cuesta carisimo, ya deberían de tener un software de documentación mejor para darle al cliente un servicio mejor
Something is wrong in this company, I guess their documentation system is MEGA obsolete, because they take hours to document and it's not because of the staff, they are very friendly and try to help as best they can but they just can't do more.
The shipping of goods is very expensive, they should already have a better documentation software to give the customer a better service
