★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno seré muy sincero,no tiene mucho que marque a esta refaccionaria por teléfono para pedir precio por algún producto y de pronto ya me avisan colgado pero yo no terminaba aún, no se cómo lo tomen pero es una falta de respeto dejar al cliente ablando y colgarle, solo pido que el gerente o encargado de cada tienda comercial o establecimiento chequen a sus trabajadores que el trato que les dan a sus clientes sea el adecuado y que no se les olviden que el respeto es lo más importante para el consumidor ya que de ellos vivimos.
 Well, I'll be very honest, you don't have much to call this auto parts store by phone to ask for a price for a product and suddenly they tell me on the hook but I wasn't finished yet, I don't know how they take it but it's disrespectful to leave the customer talking and hang up, I only ask that the manager or manager of each commercial store or establishment check their workers that the treatment they give their customers is adequate and that they do not forget that respect is the most important thing for the consumer since they live.

If they don't have something in that specific location they will check all other locations in town if not available they will order for you and can be there by te end of the day or 24 hours at the most. Very friendly service even for someone who has no real big knowledge of car parts.
