Me gusta como tratan a mis compas caninos. Los revisan bien. Nos resuelven dudas, nos han atendido en urgencias. Los diagnósticos me han parecido acertados, igual que sus tratamientos.

La primer veterinaria que nos atendió muy buena, la recepcionista pésimo seguimiento (te dicen que te van a marcar y yo tuve que marcarles, no estaba cerca del lugar y nunca mencionaron a que hora cerraban, yo les marque para preguntar si ya podíamos recoger al gato, en el camino la recepcionista me marca y dice ¿si va a venir porque cierro a las 4:00 pm, yo ya iba en camino y ya estaba cerca a 15 minutos, me vuelve a marcar y dice le voy a cobrar hospitalización porque cierro a las 4:00 pm y no se que tanto, ya ni le hice caso iba manejando, lo bueno es que ya estaba a menos de 5 minutos) el veterinario que entrego al paciente el tratamiento que mando no era el indicado (consultamos con otros especialistas y también revisamos un Vademécum veterinario). A la recepcionista y el segundo veterinario parece que les interesaba mas el dinero que el bienestar del paciente, la recepcionista mala para marcarte pero buena para hacer notas de cobro, una nota con medicamentos mal indicados esa ya la tenia lista, no les compre nada del tratamiento y pase a 2 veterinarias y a Petco y veían la receta y decían ¿pero porque le dieron esto?, no los recomiendo, mejor atención en Ferrer Clínica Veterinaria (me los recomendaron y trasladamos al gato ahí) y si estaba en condiciones de hospitalizarse y no porque ya eran las 4:00 e iban a cerrar como dijo Triaca Vet, si no porque de verdad lo ocupaba, lamentablemente ya falleció hoy, pero en Ferrer nos dieron una mejor atención, mas sensibles (no ven al paciente como dinero, el veterinario que lo atendió sale a comer de 3:00 pm a 4:00 pm y en ese horario estaba con mi gato porque ya estaba muriendo, vi a mi gato morir en paz acompañado del veterinario (no dijo sabe que esta es mi hora de comida ya me voy), mejor atención y a menor costo.

Adopté a un cachorro hace 3 semanas y el tratamiento para sarna, desparasitacion y nutrición resultó excelente, el cachorro está muy repuesto y lo mejor te explican todo muy bien los veterinarios, les envío fotos del antes y después, muy recomendado.
