The administration and after-sales service is bad. The houses are nice, but poorly made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nueva zona residencial en cancun.con casas y departamentos muy bonitos. Aun no lo terminan al 100% de costruir pero se ve que va quedar de lujo. Yo gracias a unos amigos lo conoci que tienen un departamento ahi y lo andan acondicionando poco a poco.
New residential area in Cancun with very nice houses and apartments. They still have not finished 100% of building but it looks like it will be luxurious. Thanks to some friends I met him who have an apartment there and they are conditioning it little by little.

Update 2022: The number of barking DOGS has made the Tribeca complex almost unbearable. The administration only says “they have the right to bark”. I am a dog-lover and I do not blame the dogs. The owners are at fault, especially when they leave their poor, anxious dogs alone all day. The dogs yelp and bark for hours on end, even becoming hoarse, and the owners and the administration do NOTHING. The dogs have rights, yes! So do the humans who live there.
