★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ambiente y comunidad. Hay clases para niños y puedes traer a tu perro, hay un área especial para ellos. Entrenadores enfocados en el cliente, enseñan muy bien los aspectos técnicos para evitar lesiones. Sesiones de máximo 10 personas, atención personalizada.
Excellent environment and community. There are classes for children and you can bring your dog, there is a special area for them. Client-focused trainers teach the technical aspects of avoiding injuries very well. Sessions of maximum 10 people, personalized attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little box for CrossFit! I was visiting the area, so got a membership 1 month - found it to be affordable compared with prices in Canada. Most of the coaches speak some English. Everyone is very friendly! Highly recommend.
