Marcelo que el problema que están teniendo es porque prefiere la gente trabajar independiente? Ingenua su postura, el problema es más sencillo que eso, es debido a los bajos sueldos, indignantes; con lo que están pagando no pueden ni pagar una renta, ya no se diga comer. Despierten empresarios, están matando a la gallina de los huevos de oro; cuando se presta un servicio una de las partes más importantes es su personal y lo están explotando y la gente TIENE que buscar otra manera de poder sobrevivir, es así de simple.

Naive their position, the problem is simpler than that, it is due to low salaries, outrageous; With what they are paying they cannot even pay rent, let alone eat. Wake up businessmen, they are killing the goose that lays the golden eggs; when you provide a service one of the most important parts is your staff and they are being exploited and people HAVE to find another way to survive, it's that simple.
