★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se e interpuso una demanda por negativa ficta ante una dependencia , cabe mencionar que fué por el tiempo de respuesta (no hubo respuesta a mi solicitud) : misma demanda que este tribunal tenía que resolver. Sin embargo tuve que promover un amparo para que se agilizará el trámite, cuando el magistrado dió resolución , la dependencia contesto algo fuera de lugar, por lo que promovimos una queja, hasta la fecha no hemos recibido respuesta alguna sobre la queja, estando fuera de los tiempos que marca la ley. Llevamos 3 años con este juicio. Mucho dinero invertido en abogados y hasta la fecha, sigo esperando.
Hasta nuevas instalaciones tienen.
A lawsuit was filed for fictitious refusal before an agency, it should be mentioned that it was due to the response time (there was no response to my request): the same lawsuit that this court had to resolve. However, I had to file an injunction to speed up the process, when the magistrate gave a decision, the agency answered something out of place, so we filed a complaint, to date we have not received any response on the complaint, being out of the times established by law. We have been with this trial for 3 years. A lot of money invested in lawyers and to date, I'm still waiting.
