★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi juicio administrativo duró dos años nueve meses fue un desgaste emocional físico y económico, dejas de creer en la justicia sobre todo que no es pronta ni expedita. Existe toda la tecnología y la capacidad profesional de cada integrante de los Tribunales, solo falta humanidad, responsabilidad y ética, para dictar sentencias favorables a las víctimas y no a las Instituciones gubernamentales. Después de tanto tiempo, gracias a que cambiaron de Magistrado en la Tercera Sala Unitaria donde se llevó mi juicio, pude ver que es suficiente que un Titular de una Institución de Justicia cambie los esquemas de apatía laboral e inicie el sistema Constitucional de Justicia pronta y expedita,
