★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En desagradable y muy triste exponer lo siguiente: Tengo un expediente desde el mes de octubre del 2012, en donde para este octubre de 2021, estaré cumpliendo 9 años con ese asunto, mi expediente en esos 9 años has pasado 3 magistrados lo inicio el Dr. Cano y después le dio continuidad la Licenciada Araceli Cubillas y hoy se encuentra en manos de la Licenciada María Antonieta, es muy triste decirlo pero la justicia siempre ha tenido un precio, el inmueble que esta en litis sólo son 3/4 de hectárea y creo que para esto necesita pasar no se cuantos Magistrados y esperar unos 15 años para que por fin salga la sentencia, concluimos la etapa procesal, en cambio sin llegar a la definitiva al día de hoy lo mandaros al archivo como asunto total y definitivamente concluido, ahí esta la justicia pronta, eficaz e inmediata. Nuestro país tendrá muy buena Constitución, leyes, reglamentos, ordenanzas etc., desgraciadamente malos ciudadanos encargados de aplicar la justicia conforme a derecho. Se les olvida que antes de estar representando un cargo somos humanos con una conciencia...
