Lugar amplio con opción de estar adentro junto con los barriles fermentadores de la cervecera y su decoración, o afuera en un tipo beer garden. La comida servida rápido, bien calientita y en su punto de cocción. Si no has probado las especialidades te recomiendo el BBQ Sampler que trae un poco de todo y alcanza para compartir entre 2. Puntos extra por las guarniciones!! Elote, papas fritas y mac n cheese. Todo eso acompañado de la cerveza de Bracino le va perfecto a los sabores de ahumador. The recently merged Trigo y Humo with Cervecería Bracino was excellent. Spacious place with the option of being inside together with the fermenter kegs of the brewery and their decoration, or outside in a beer garden type. The food served quickly, very warm and just cooked. If you have not tried the specialties, I recommend the BBQ Sampler that brings a little of everything and is enough to share between 2. Extra points for the side dishes !! Corn, fries and mac n cheese. All this accompanied by Bracino beer goes perfectly with smoker flavors.
