The service more than excellent, the attention to detail, I went to makeup and hairstyle for my wedding day and everything was excellent, I loved them.

Nothing recommended, they combed my whole family for the wedding and their hairstyle fell out before the wedding, they did not know how to do the hairstyles they asked for, they took a long time, if you want to walk calmly and without stress on the most important day of your life, hire someone who they actually know how to work well, they charge too high and they don't know anything. I do not recommend them at all.

The attention of the whole team is very pleasant, they made my daughter, sister-in-law and me feel like queens. Several people had highly recommended their services to me and we will definitely return whenever we have an event!

We had an unforgettable experience not because it was good, but because it was bad, the services they provided us were outside the salon, they made us a variety of charges (for loss of any of their instruments, than for going to the hotel to do the makeup and hairstyles, which to set aside, etc) really charged as if they knew, none of the hairstyles made resemble in the least to what was requested, they bothered because they did not fit as we asked or because they were already taking a long time and really did not They remained, no one in my family was satisfied because the inexperience showed that seriously if I started to comb them they would be better than their team. It really seemed to me that the prices are from expert people who must meet your expectations, we had a detail with an accident of one of my family members in her eye so the doctor did not recommend her to wear makeup and when explaining this inconvenience they did not want to return the money to us . I comment on all this because if we had known the type of people we were dealing with, we would not have hesitated to hire this service elsewhere. Really please consider that these people do not know how to comb, maybe they are new or I do not know the reason, but how dare they charge as if they knew ... Based on our experience, I do not recommend it at all

Very unhappy with the service. I went to have a balayage touch-up done and they left me with a horrible color and job (you could see the brush strokes and there were different colored parts) The next day I went to get it fixed and still came out with yellow / orange hair. To have the prices they have, I expected better results since the first time I went (in July 2020) they had left my hair beautiful and now I don't even want to leave my hair down so that it doesn't show on me ?
