Muy mala atención de parte de los trabajadores del barco, ofrecen servicios que no te dan y son abusivos !

Personas poco agradables, personas prepotentes y poco serviciales exigiendo propinas altas sin merecerlas No recomendado en ningun momento ni aspecto

Mala experiencia, pésimo servicio, mala música, y querían que se les pagara para cambiar música, no incluía el Spinnaker, se tardaban demasiado en llevar las bebidas y para todo exigían propina. No lo recomiendo.

Tristemente son unos timadores, estafadores y deshonestos. Te ofrecen tours de esta empresa en las playas de tu hotel, te piden un abono en efectivo y cuando llegas al sitio a pagar "la diferencia", te dicen que lo que abonaste en el hotel no hace parte del precio, que ese dinero correspondía a la comisión del vendedor.y allí pretenden que pagues más dinero que lo que te habían informado.Aparte de todo son super irrespetuosos haciéndote pasar por alguien que no entendió las condiciones absurdas de lo que ellos llaman venta. ...Es una estafa total...Les advierto. Allá ustedes si quieren tomar el riesgo de pasar un mal rato y perder su dinero.

Malísima experiencia, las personas que dan el servicio son abusivos, contestan mal. Ofrecen all you can drink y se tardan horas en dar los tragos, ofrecieron spinnaker y no lo hicimos. Se les pidió diferente musica y contestaron abusivos con que ellos no eran rockolas. Y por ultimo piden propina y si uno les da pesos y no dólares lo reciben despectivos y empiezan a decir que los pasajeros andan sin dinero de forma abusiva. Pésimo servicio si pudiera darles 0 estrellas lo haría, no vale la pena pagarles el servicio. Si leen esto antes de aventurarse con ellos consideren que no sera grato servicio.

THE WORST experience ever!! First of all these guys just want your money!!They do not care about the safety of the passengers.. They take you out to isla tell everyone who does not want to snorkel get off at the island that you are not allowed to wait in the boat while the others snorkel. they drove us to the location to snorkel their was too many waves and the water looked murky. The arrived at the location and they rush you off the boat they started yelling at us and saying for us to jump off and hurry up. they gave us broken small waist belt instead of a life jacket.. When you jump off they are still yelling at everyone to hurry up. There was high waves and there was many complaints of people wanting to go back to the boat they were not allowing us to go back they said no you have to stay.One girl was crying so they let her go back along with . Me and 2 other people we were practically drowning from the cheap float an waves hitting us. It was a very unorganized and the yelling by this crew only caused anxiety,, Worst experience ever and no one walked you thru what needed to be done.. Everyone came back within 20 minutes and ALL in distress.. We dint even snorkel because you could not see anything because the water was murky.. These guys were unprofessional and had no compassion and very unprofessional...I really thought someone was going to lose their life out there.. When we were in the boat the driver kept looking at us ugly and making rude comments. PLEASE listen there is better companies out there pay the extra money this is your life out there and this is no joke stay away from this boat....DO NOT GO with these guys...

Swindlers. Liars. Horrible experience. Do not take this trip!! No scuba diving. Just takes you to a mall with more swindlers to shop. Not fun not safe. No life jackets offered even for little kids. Waste of a day. Made us catch public bus to site. Lied and demanded more money when arrived. Said we couldn’t snorkel because of waves. But it was such a small boat and they didn’t have snorkel gear anyway for us to snorkel. Gross experience

Not sure what the other reviews are about on here! Had an amazing time on a fun little catamaran tour! Please understand that you are boarding a party boat! There will be loud music! There will be tequila sunrises! There will be good times! Between each destination the tour guides will set your expectations for the next destination while serving up your favorite alcoholic beverage! at your first destination you will see some amazing underwater sculptures, coral, and plenty of fish! When we went it was a bit windy and the waves were a little over bearing, but nothing this company could do to fix that! the second destination was a beach buffet, the food was ok at best, would have liked a bit more authentic food but you know what? We didn't come for the food, we came for the snorkling. The third destination was in fact to a shopping mall that was very much a tourist attraction, although we were under the impression that tequila tasting meant that we would learn about tequila, the process used to make it, the history, and maybe more about how to enjoy it. No, it was definitely a cash grab. but that's ok because if you leave the shopping mall you can wander around the island or hang out at the beach. the shopping is good. Overall had a good time, the only true disappointment was the tequila tasting but everything else more than makes up for it! would do it again given the opportunity... also... be wary of the bathroom on the boat...
