The attention to the client leaves much to be desired, they talk and chat between themselves and the bored client when I went to my appointment I was playing outside for about 10 minutes

I did not like the treatment of the staff, I made an appointment and when I went to it they had no record whatsoever :( They leave much to be desired with customer service.
